Planning Your Garden Fall Gardening Educational Program @ Your Local Butler County Library!

The Butler County Master Gardener Association (A sanctioned organization with Ohio State University Extension, Butler County) will be hosting a countywide event in Butler County at every library branch location, both Midpointe and Lane Libraries at the same time, on the same day with the same subjects. Several members of the OSU Extension Butler County Master Gardeners will be presenting at these Butler County library locations (Lane or Midpointe).  The subjects being discussed will be:   Planning your garden, Starting from your garden from seed, Best places to plant for your need, Container Gardening, Raised Bed Gardening and much more!  The emphasis of this event is to educate new, novice or intermediate gardeners about starting small & basic  with a  goal that the knowledge gained through this program will give them the skills to grow that garden larger, more complex and diverse in the future.   

This type of event is a new concept that we are excited about because Butler County Residents do not have to travel far to get an education on gardening, since it will be held at their local library on the same date & time.  They just have to pick the closest Lane or Midpointe Library to them to be able to attend this great gardening event.
