The 2025 Ohio Forest Health Conference will be held as a one-day in-person event on Thursday, April 3rd, 2025 at the Ohio Department of Transportation headquarters (1980 W Broad St., Columbus, OH 43223). Please see additional information below regarding directions to the conference location. The agenda is available at the link at the bottom of this message. The agenda has been submitted for SAF certified forester credits, ISA certified arborist credits, and ODA commercial pesticide applicator credits.
The conference is free to attend, but registration is required and can be completed here: https://forms.office.com/g/Rzuh4jFJ04. The registration deadline is 5:00pm on Friday, March 21st.
Lunch will be available for purchase on-site, or you may bring your own lunch. The on-site food options (including weekly specials) are available here: https://www.transportation.ohio.gov/about-us/locations/cafeteria.
Students and researchers are invited to present forest health-related posters. There will be poster viewing opportunities during agenda breaks.
Location and parking information:
- The ODOT headquarters building (1980 W. Broad St.) is next to (north of) the Ohio Department of Public Safety building.
- Use Buckeye Parkway to enter the complex from Broad Street and park in the north parking lot (additional parking if needed, is available in the south lot, in front of the Ohio Dept. of Public Safety building)
- Enter the building using the south doorway (farthest to the right when walking from parking lot to building)
- Go to the check-in table in the lobby, where you will get your name tag before proceeding to the lower-level auditorium
