The Lake Erie Sport Fishing course is being offered at Stone Lab June 15-21, 2026! This is a hands-on introduction to fishing techniques, equipment, and aquatic science information for anglers, featuring daily boat-based fishing trips on Lake Erie. Students will earn two physical education credit hours during a week-long stay on Gibraltar Island, nestled in Lake Erie’s famed Bass Islands.  Scholarships are available (OSU student deadline Feb 15, non-OSU and high school student deadline March 31), and all students enrolled in Stone Lab courses for Summer 2026 will receive a 50% discount for room and meal fees. Non-students can choose to take it as a workshop for a fee.
